Working in Australia
  • You must bring confirmation from the education contributor that the student has started this course. 
  • Students can apply for permission to work once they start their course on a student visa 
  • With authorization you can work up to 20 hours per week during course moment. During vacation, you are allowed to work full time. 
  • On-campus jobs do not offer enough funds to cover your education or living operating cost. 
  • Work permit can be obtained automatically or on paper using form 157P. 
  • Masters and doctorate students and family members can apply for permission to work full time.
